An old foe from Doggy Kruger's past has returned in a new body and captures Swan! While the Dekarangers move out to protect the city once again, Kruger goes it alone to save Swan. The Dekarangers aren't quite at ease with this decision, but the former ""Jigoku no Banken"" surprises everyone...
