PO wants to call ON immediately to see what is going on but TAN stops her. YAN teaches KUEN the violin but the young man does not have a gift for it. SUN thinks it is not worth the effort. She takes on a new look at KUEN when he pleads YAN to take him student. In fact, KUEN’s real purpose is to tame SUN. FONG and PO are determined to make WAH leave. PO believes a new environment will help WAH forget about her unhappy past. WAH tells her she has already found a house and it is currently under renovation.
