S19·E15 The watchers of October 7

They were 23 young women, from 18 to 20 years old, carrying out their compulsory military service in a very special unit responsible for video surveillance of the Gaza Strip. In Israel, these young girls are nicknamed the eyes of the state. Before October 7, they saw everything, including everything. They alerted, but no one listened to them. They were as much the Cassandres of the Hamas assault, as the first victims. Today, the watchworders of the border with Gaza and the parents of those who were killed have given themselves a mission. Together, they claim justice and truth and shed light on the flaws of security that Israeli society believed guaranteed.
