Chairman Wang overhears Yo Han and Da Jung talking and steps in. Yo Han takes him on face-to-face and fights over Da Jung, claiming that Je Guk was the first to step in between his relationship with Da Jung. Meanwhile, Se Ran's plan to get out of jail pushes Chairman Wang into a consequential predicament.
