The Rules 2026

Overview

The Rules is a television series released in 2026 that follows a man named Metha as he begins a new chapter in his life. Seeking a fresh start, Metha accepts a position working the night shift at a mysterious convenience store. The narrative centers on the strange and inviolable regulations that govern the store's operations. These requirements are absolute, and violating them results in the manifestation of supernatural death. As Metha navigates his duties, he is compelled to face the uncanny forces present within the establishment. Beyond the immediate dangers posed by the store, the series explores Metha's history, forcing him to confront the consequences of sins he committed in his past. The story suggests that these past actions are inescapable, as Metha finds himself trapped by both the store's lethal requirements and the weight of his own history. The series combines elements of supernatural suspense with a character-driven examination of guilt and the difficulty of attempting to bury one's previous life.
