S6·E8 Punch Card

Episode recap

In the eighth episode of the sixth season of The Rookie, titled Punch Card, the storyline follows the team as they respond to a mafia-related mass casualty event. Following the incident, the team is given the specific task of keeping the peace at the hospital.

While the team manages the hospital location, Lucy and Celina team up to work together on an investigation to find the suspects behind the attack. At the same time, Tim and Aaron are assigned to a different duty, embarking on a metro ops mission together.

The television series itself, created by Alexi Hawley, centers on John Nolan, a small-town guy who pursues his dream of joining the Los Angeles Police Department after experiencing a life-altering incident. As the oldest rookie on the force, he faces skepticism from those who view him as just a walking midlife crisis or a rookie who is never off duty.
