Big Bertha is the popular, full-figured owner of the community's most successful whorehouse and moonshine racketeering enterprise. During the film, some men decide to rob her stash of money, while local police officers coincidentally happen to be visiting the establishment. Following the theft of her money, Big Bertha announces the closure of her whorehouse, prompting the townspeople to react because nobody in town will let that happen. The cast features Hetty Galen in the title role as Big Bertha, alongside Robert Nichols as the Professor, Doug Hale, and Gary Allen.
