Synopsis
Doing an assignment completely carefree he enters into a hostage situation, meeting Admiral Hanner, Emi, Yumi, and Commander Star.
Due to insane luck while the situation escalates by both, the terrorists activating a time bomb, and the UPSF arming their weapons on the building ready to fire, Tylor resolves the situation with only two injuries, and zero fatalities.
