The Haunting of #24 is a horror and thriller film released on September 11, 2005. Following a breakup with his girlfriend Veronica, an unemployed man named John Hare rents a cheap room in an old boarding house owned by a landlord named Martin Stone. The landlord informs John that the house is crowded by discreet persons, though John initially sees only a bizarre old woman in the building. During the nights, John experiences sleeplessness while seeing weird things on his television and hearing violent knocks on his door. After John calls Veronica and she notes that he is near a breakdown, she decides to stay with him in the house.
