Synopsis
Guests stars Ruth Buzzi, Erroll Garner and Tim Conway. Flips gives advice to a confused Tim in a sketch. Then as Geraldine, Flip is the new secretary in Tim's office, upsetting an uptight Ruth Buzzi.
