Overview
The film "The First Time" follows the lives of three high school friends. As summer approaches, they anticipate a new chapter in their lives. However, one of the friends is separated from his companions and sent to live with his grandparents in Buffalo. His father, a widowed salesman, leaves on a business trip with his fiancée, who is also his secretary. The separated friend is left to navigate a new city, where he becomes bored and lonely.
