Synopsis
Officer Lopez is suspended after he fatally shoots a robber the press have nicknamed 'The Ghost'. Later, Tony believes that he see's the same man in a pawnshop.
At home, the Scali's hire a contractor to do some simple DIY, but the costs keep spiralling.
