The A-Team is an American action-adventure television series that originally aired on NBC from January 23, 1983, to March 8, 1987. Created by Stephen J. Cannell and Frank Lupo, the show features a fictional group of former U.S. Army Special Forces personnel who work as soldiers of fortune while evading capture after being falsely accused of a crime they did not commit. The series stars George Peppard, Mr. T, Dwight Schultz, and Dirk Benedict. After escaping military prison, the team uses their skills to help those in need while staying one step ahead of the authorities.
