Sam and Dean Winchester are brothers who hunt demons, monsters, and other paranormal evil. The dark fantasy television series Supernatural, created by Eric Kripke, follows Sam, played by Jared Padalecki, and Dean, played by Jensen Ackles, as they carry on the family business of saving people and hunting things.

In the episode titled There's Something About Mary, Sam and Dean become alarmed when they learn that hunters are being killed by suspicious accidents all over the country. Realizing the danger, the brothers decide it is best to find Mary and make sure she is safe. Meanwhile, Toni is back in the states, leading to a face-off between her and Mary.

The dark fantasy series originally premiered on The WB on September 13, 2005, and later aired on The CW, running for a total of fifteen seasons until November 19, 2020. Throughout the long-running television show, the brothers confront the paranormal evil that lives in the dark corners and on the back roads of America, continuing the path laid out for them after losing their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force when they were boys and being raised by their father to be soldiers.
