As the dark fantasy television series Supernatural continues, brothers Sam and Dean Winchester find themselves engaged in the family business of saving people and hunting things. Created by Eric Kripke, the series follows the two brothers as they follow in their father's footsteps, fighting evil supernatural beings of many kinds, including monsters, demons, and gods that roam the earth. As boys, Sam and Dean lost their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force, after which their father raised them to be soldiers, teaching them about the paranormal evil that lives in the dark corners and on the back roads of America and how to kill it.

In this episode of the long running series, which was broadcast on television networks including The WB and later The CW as part of a run spanning fifteen seasons from September 13, 2005, to November 19, 2020, Sam and Dean investigate a haunting at a theatre. The series stars Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester and Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester, with additional cast including Jim Beaver and Misha Collins. Throughout the show, the brothers navigate a world filled with various supernatural threats, relying on the skills instilled in them during their upbringing.
