SpongeBob SquarePants: Season 15

Season overview

Season 15 of SpongeBob SquarePants continues the nautical adventures set in the subterranean city of Bikini Bottom. The narrative arc features a variety of challenges for the series regulars. Mrs. Puff faces professional instability and must rely on SpongeBob to maintain the operations of her boating school. Squidward attempts to embrace a new life while in the witness protection program, though his anonymity is compromised when SpongeBob and Patrick discover his location. Domestic life for SpongeBob involves navigating the difficulties of pet ownership as he goes to extreme lengths to ensure Gary visits the veterinarian. Meanwhile, the ongoing conflict at the Krusty Krab persists as Plankton continues his efforts to acquire the secret Krabby Patty formula. The season also introduces high-stakes scenarios, including a challenge from the group known as E.V.I.L., who task SpongeBob with delivering an item to their secret lair within a strict ten-minute timeframe. These episodes maintain the established comedic tone of the series, focusing on the interactions between the residents of Bikini Bottom and the persistent, often unintended, trouble that follows SpongeBob in his daily life.
