Synopsis
Al Humphries, a Delta Force Captain, has gone renegade. He has realised, while working for the UN in Haiti, that he could gain a lot of power if he stayed where he is and used his knowledge and skills to take over the place. When the UN pulls out he implements his plan.
Trout wants the team to go to Haiti and stop Humphries, any way they can!
