Synopsis
After Gunther and Tinka refuse to pay CeCe and Rocky for a performance at their cousin’s birthday party, the girls take them to “Teen Court,” a TV show where Judge Marsha decides the outcome. Meanwhile, Flynn learns to ride a bike with the help of Henry.
