Overview

Scum of the Brave is a television series released in 2026 that explores a supernatural conflict set in mid-21st century Tokyo. The narrative centers on the existence of the mafia, whose members possess the ability to transform into ether-enhanced Demon Lords. To counter this threat, individuals known as Braves are tasked with hunting them down. The story follows Yashiro, a character known as the Grim Reaper, who finds his life complicated when he reluctantly takes on a new apprentice. This apprentice is Aki Jogamine, a high school student who is training to become a Brave. As the series progresses, Yashiro is drawn into a series of troublesome cases alongside his self-proclaimed student.
