Overview

School's Out Forever is a 2021 British horror-comedy film based on the novel School's Out by Scott K. Andrews. It was written and directed by Oliver Milburn and starred Oscar Kennedy, Anthony Head, Alex Macqueen, and Samantha Bond, with the release occurring on 15 February 2021. The plot follows fifteen-year-old Lee Keegan, who has just been expelled from his private school when an apocalyptic event wipes out most of the world's population. With his father dead and his mother trapped abroad, Lee is given the instruction to return to school. However, safety and security at St. Mark's School for Boys are lacking. The high walls cannot stop the local parish council from forming a militia and imposing martial law. Meanwhile, inside the dorms, the end of the world has a dangerous effect on his best friend, and his unrequited crush on the school nurse distracts him from staying alive.
