Saving Grace is an American crime drama television series that aired on the TNT network from July 23, 2007, to June 21, 2010. Created by Nancy Miller, the show features Holly Hunter in the lead role alongside a cast including Leon Rippy, Kenny Johnson, Laura San Giacomo, Bailey Chase, Bokeem Woodbine, Gregory Norman Cruz, and Yaani King. The series was directed by Artie Mandelberg. The story follows Grace Hanadarko, a tormented and fast-living police detective based in Oklahoma City. Despite maintaining an excellent career in solving crimes, she engages in self-destructive behavior following significant personal and professional tragedies. After a car crash, she reaches a turning point when she encounters a rough-hewn angel who offers her a chance at redemption. While this last chance angel attempts to lead her back to a better path, Grace experiences difficulty accepting his guidance. The program explores her struggle as she navigates her complicated life and the influence of her supernatural companion.
