Overview

Satan's Baby Doll is a 1982 horror film that was submitted to the Italian rating board in June of that year. The household includes her husband Antonio, a jealous bully, and his mute brother Ignazio, who uses a wheelchair and observes his caretaker, a novice named Sol. Other residents include the couple's virginal daughter, Miria, and a factotum named Isidro who fears the power of Satan. A doctor named Juan Suarez frequently visits the castle and attempts to have Miria committed to a sanatorium, a proposal she resists. As Isidro attempts to exorcise evil spirits from the property, the death toll begins to rise. The narrative explores whether Maria is truly dead and seeks to identify who is acting as the instrument of Satan. The film was released in Spain on February 25, 1983, under the title La hija de Satanas.
