Panch Fhan's poison badly affects everyone in Sumeru Rajya. Hanuman's father, Kesari, critically falls ill because of the deadly poison. As per suggestions by a Guru, Hanuman needs to bring the Vishelekarni Pushp to revive all of them from the effects of the poison of Phanch Fhan.
