Overview

While enjoying the flower gardens, Sailor Moon and her friends encounter an alien who is an old childhood friend of Mamoru. The alien, named Fiore, could not survive on Earth in the past and has now returned to give Mamoru a special flower he promised, having searched across the galaxy for a flower worthy of the single rose Mamoru once gave him to help cope with the loss of his parents. However, Fiore dislikes Usagi and the rest of the planet's inhabitants because the evil Kisenian Flower has overpowered him. Sailor Moon and the Sailor Guardians must unite to defend the earth from this alien force and the evil Kisenian Flower he brought back before the evil vines and blossoms overrun the entire planet.
