In episode 4329 of Rote Rosen, Richard moves closer to his goal of taking control of EmKa. Victoria is forced to relinquish her majority stake in the company. While distracted by a flirtation with Gerd, Victoria signs a purchase agreement for a property that is contaminated with chromium. Richard identifies this as an opportunity and moves to seize it. Meanwhile, Gerd develops tender feelings for Victoria and expresses a desire to get to know her outside of their business dealings, but Victoria blocks his attempts at personal intimacy.

Gisela experiences a moment of optimism after receiving a check from Hans-Harald, fueling her dreams of owning her own pub.
