Meanwhile, Richard faces pressure because Victoria will kick him out of EmKa if Julius does not return to the supervisory board. To apply pressure, Richard stokes Julius's fears that Victoria might also oust him as a hotelier, leaving Julius to decide how to respond. Elsewhere, Toni and Jonas want to retire at age forty and take on several jobs, but they quickly realize that life cannot consist solely of work. In another storyline, Ellie is disqualified from the cooking competition. When Carla and Michael pressure her into an apprenticeship, she seems devastated and vents her anger in a video that goes viral, leading to unexpected consequences.
