S1·E17 Problem at Windshield Point

Scootio's tablet stops working when there is a storm in Wheelford, so the buddies ride to the top of Windshield Point to help her. They find the big satellite dish is broken and Ricky and Loop climb to the top of the satellite tower to fix the dish.
