S7·E4 That's Amorte

Episode recap

Rick and Morty is an animated television series created by Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland. The show follows the fractured domestic lives and interdimensional misadventures of a sociopathic, cynical mad scientist named Rick Sanchez and his inherently timid, fretful, and good-hearted grandson, Morty Smith. Rick and Morty split their time between domestic life and adventures across the universe, often traveling to other planets and dimensions through an infinite number of realities.

The series features voice performances by Chris Parnell, Spencer Grammer, Sarah Chalke, and Justin Roiland. Produced as an adult animation, action, adventure, and comedy series, the program focuses on the dynamic between the nihilistic mad scientist and his anxious grandson as their home life is further complicated by sci-fi escapades.

In the episode titled That's Amorte, corresponding to season seven, episode four of the series, Rick shares his secret recipe with the family. The broader series encompasses the ongoing exploits of Rick and Morty as they navigate their extraordinary science-fiction reality alongside ordinary family tensions, demonstrating that while science makes sense, family does not.
