Synopsis
Upon returning to Roswaal’s mansion, Subaru is greeted by an unbelievable sight and wails that this was not what he wanted to happen. Stricken with despair, everything before Subaru starts to go white as, finally, he hears a voice: “You were too late.”

In this episode of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-, Subaru returns to Roswaal's mansion. Upon arrival, he is met with an unexpected sight that fills him with despair. As a result, everything around him begins to fade to white. Subaru then hears a voice stating that he was too late.
