She runs to see Mirza carried out of the palace. Mirza now vows to win over Delhi. He meets Shah Turkan. He makes a deal with Shah Turkan to hand her Sultan within ten days. Razia has only ten days as Sultan to overthrow Rukn-ud-din’s crown. She has a plan. Shamshad Begum informs Iltutmish about the wedding.
