Overview

Project Arms is a 2001 television series that follows the life of a young man named Ryo Takatsuki. The story begins when Ryo discovers that his missing right arm is actually an advanced nanomachine implant known as an ARMS, which originated from secret genetic experiments. As the narrative progresses, Ryo joins forces with three other test subjects who also possess these implants: Kei Karuma, Takeshi Tomoe, and Hayato Shingu. Together, this group of individuals engages in a struggle against the Egrigori, the organization responsible for creating the technology. The primary motivation for their battle is the effort to rescue Katsumi Akagi, who has been kidnapped. The series explores the origins of their unique physical enhancements and their ongoing conflict with the group that conducted the experiments.
