Overview
Pokémon Horizons: The Series is an animated television program that follows the adventures of two young protagonists named Liko and Roy. The series, which features a new art style, debuted in Japan on April 14, 2023, with a one-hour special. It later premiered in the United States on March 7, 2024. This production succeeds Pokémon Journeys: The Series and serves as the successor to the broader Pokémon anime series that previously focused on the story of Ash Ketchum. Throughout their journey, Liko and Roy travel to new lands to unravel ancient mysteries and encounter various Pokémon and Poké Balls. During these adventures, the pair interacts with several characters, including Friede, Captain Pikachu, and Amethio.
