Synopsis
Ash and friends are caught in a whirlpool and swept to an unexplored island where all the Pokémon are pink. It's Pinkan Island, a Pokémon refuge where the Pokémon's diet of Pinkan Berries causes their unique coloration. But the Pokémon aren't all as sweet as they look. Our heroes cross paths with an enraged Nidoking, and end up cornered under a cliff.

Ash and his friends find themselves caught in a whirlpool, which sweeps them away to an unexplored island where all the inhabitants are pink. This location is identified as Pinkan Island, serving as a Pokémon refuge. On this island, the unique coloration of the Pokémon is caused by their diet, which consists entirely of Pinkan Berries. However, the inhabitants of the island are not all as sweet as their outward appearance might suggest. During their time on the refuge, the heroes cross paths with an enraged Nidoking, a confrontation that ultimately leads to them being cornered under a cliff.
