Synopsis
Ash goes to Seafoam Island to help Professor Oak to discover the mystery of how Slowpoke evolves into Slowbro. There, Professor Westwood V is also trying to solve the mystery. Jessie captures Shellder, and tries to rush a Slowpoke's evolution, forcing Psyduck to stall the evolution.

Ash travels to Seafoam Island to assist Professor Oak in discovering the mystery of how Slowpoke evolves into Slowbro. Upon arriving, Ash finds that Professor Westwood V is also attempting to solve the same evolutionary mystery. During these events, Jessie captures a Shellder and attempts to rush a Slowpoke's evolution. In response, a Psyduck is used to stall the forced evolution process.
