Ash and the others discover a group of wild Pikachu in a secluded area of the woods. How will Pikachu feel seeing others of its kind in the wild? Pokémon is a Japanese anime series that originated as a companion to video game franchises. The anime series loosely presents the same story used in individual video games, but with a number of story deviations. Ash is accompanied by his partner Pikachu as he travels through the journey presented in the series, which is part of the television show that originally premiered in 1997.
