While the pups are having a sleepover, the lighthouse light runs out of power. Cap'n Turbot, the one who monitors the lighthouse light, is out at sea. Ryder, a tech-savvy ten-year-old, leads the pups Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, and Skye, who are doing their best to protect the people of their town.
