On a hot day, the pups head for the water park, but they discover that the pool is empty. Upon investigation, they find that the water tower that pumps water into the pool is tilted and has a bent pipe. Led by Ryder, the tech-savvy ten-year-old, the team of pups consisting of Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, and Skye work to do their best to protect the people of their town and address the situation at the water park.
