In the television show PAW Patrol, the team consisting of Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, and Skye works to protect the people of their town under the leadership of Ryder. In the episode titled Pup-Tacular, Katie wants to enter Rocky in the Pup-Tacular Show. However, Rocky must first face his hydrophobia in order to participate. Meanwhile, the rest of the PAW Patrol team is out checking the trucks and working to rescue Mayor Goodway and Chickaleta. The series focuses on the characters doing their best to protect the townspeople, with Ryder leading the group as a tech-savvy individual. The events of this episode unfold as the team balances their ongoing rescue efforts and equipment checks with Rocky's personal challenge regarding his fear of water, which stands in the way of his participation in the upcoming show with Katie. Throughout the episode, the members of the PAW Patrol utilize their skills and teamwork to handle the various situations occurring around town, while Rocky works to overcome his hydrophobia so he can be part of the Pup-Tacular Show as Katie hopes.
