In season one, episode ten of PAW Patrol, titled Pup Pup and Away, Mayor Goodway has entered the Mayor Hot Air Balloon Race. She wants to beat the arrogant Mayor Humdinger of Foggy Bottom. However, her balloon has a hole in it. The series follows characters Marshall, Rocky, Rubble, Zuma, and Skye as they do their best to protect the people of their town, led by a tech-savvy ten-year-old named Ryder.
