Synopsis
After a frantic 911 call in a Tampa suburb, investigators arrive to find a shaken Timothy Permenter outside the home of his girlfriend, Karen Pannell. The former model had been stabbed multiple times and police discovered the letters "ROC" written in blood on the wall next to her body. Would the victim's dying act point them to her killer?
