Synopsis
After an alleged jailhouse confession, questionable canine scene evidence and sexual misconduct between the star witness and lead investigator, William Dillon was convicted of murdering James Dvorak in Canova Beach, FL, in 1981 and sentenced to life without Parole. But is any of it true? Did investigators convict the wrong man?
