The series follows Rock Lee, a ninja who resides in the same village where countless powerful ninjas train and carry out missions to hone their skills. Unlike many of his peers, Rock Lee is characterized by his inability to use ninjutsu. Instead, he excels in the practice of taijutsu. The show explores the daily life of this ninja who, despite lacking traditional ninjutsu abilities, remains a dedicated member of the ninja community.
