Overview

My Friend from the Park is a 2015 Argentine-Uruguayan comedy-drama film directed by Ana Katz. The story follows Liz, a harried young mother struggling to care for her infant son while her filmmaker husband works in Chile. Feeling isolated from other parents at the park and facing judgment from her nanny and skepticism from her husband, Liz finds a confidante in Rosa, a plain-talking single mother and factory worker.
