In the episode titled Mother Tucker, Mitchell attempts to communicate his discomfort regarding Cameron's mother, Barb Tucker, to Cameron. Elsewhere in the family, Haley decides to break up with Dylan. This breakup is met with dismay by Phil, while Claire experiences delight over the news. Meanwhile, Jay experiences a minor stomach ache, which is subsequently exacerbated when he and Manny decide to research the symptoms together on the internet. The series follows the lives of three diverse and interrelated family setups living in suburban Los Angeles, forming a wonderfully large, straight, gay, multi-cultural, and traditional happy family known as the Pritchett-Dunphy-Tucker clan. The television series was created in the workshop of writers Christopher Lloyd and Stevenitan, and it is a comedy that features the everyday lives of these connected households.
