These girls, known as the Colors, spend their time exploring the city and playing make-believe, often pretending that they are defenders protecting the peace of their community. Their activities are supported by a man named Daigorou Kujiraoka, also known as Pops, who provides the group with various knick-knacks from his store. While the trio believes they are performing good deeds to aid their neighborhood, their actions are not always appreciated by everyone, including a local policeman named Saitou.
