Miracles 2003

Overview

Miracles is a television series centered on Paul Callan, an investigator tasked with examining modern miracles on behalf of the Catholic Church. Throughout his work, Callan frequently encounters mundane explanations for reported phenomena, which leads him to question his own faith. This perspective shifts after he experiences a genuine, supernatural event that saves his life. Despite this personal encounter, the Church dismisses his findings due to a lack of evidence, prompting Callan to leave the organization. Following his departure, he is recruited by Alva Keel to join a group known as Sodalitas Quaerito. This organization is dedicated to the investigation and cataloging of various unexplainable occurrences. Alongside Keel and a former police officer named Evelyn Santos, Callan begins working to confront an impending darkness. The series follows this trio as they navigate their efforts to address these mysterious events and the threats associated with them. Through his new role, Callan continues his pursuit of understanding the boundaries between the natural world and the supernatural.
