S3·E20 A Blinding Fear

An arms dealer, Decker, has a blind 12 year-old daughter, Jennifer. Her dog is stolen and Hammer is asked to find it. It turns out to be part of a plot to kidnap the daughter and hold her for ransom. Hammer must save her and the dog.
