S4·E39 Abo (Ash)

In the wake of the Mt. Pinatubo eruption, nearly a hundred indigenous people suddenly found themselves homeless and drifted to Manila to seek a new life in the city. Like most of his clan, Basilio and his family soon learn the pains and difficulties of racial discrimination as they struggle to survive in their newfound home. As Basilio gets torn between their tradition and the grueling task of providing for his children, his friends, and family are about to discover the true meaning of compassion when he makes the ultimate sacrifice for his beloved kin, proving that faith and humanity transcends all boundaries.
