Synopsis

At first. Siu-Ling can't accept Fong-Hung’s selfish behavior in the past and avoids seeing her. Later, she begins to understand her miserable life and agrees to continue their mother and daughter relationship privately. Not willing to withstand Ngai-Kwai’s arrogance, Kin Shui and others in the prison try to bully him. Kin comes to rescue and stop them from humiliating him. Though he knows that Kin is not the one who kills his son, Ngai-Kwan has a bad impression of Kin. However, he appreciates Kin’s kindness and consideration towards him during his days in the prison and friendship strikes between the two. In order to consolidate his position in Kai Mei Group and knowing that Yiu-Kwok has a liking for Siu-Ling, Hong introduces Siu-Ling to Yin-Kwok. Siu-Ling agrees to Hong's arrangement with pleasure as she thinks that it would help to promote herself.
