Blue Watch deals with a fire at a hotel which is run as council accommodation, where Kevin becomes especially sympathetic to a young woman resident Bayleaf's family problems continue to mount,and Hallam plays matchmaker over dinner while George enlists Malcom and Sicknote to help him woo a pretty girl
